Restore My Counters ("we," "us") restores stone countertops in Southwest Florida and the Florida Keys. This policy explains what we collect when you use restoremycounters.com or send us a photo, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Photos you send us of your countertop, and anything visible in them.
  • Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, and the address where the work would be done.
  • What you tell us about your stone, the damage, and your home.
  • Basic site data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected by our website platform and analytics tools through cookies and similar technology.

How we use it

  • To see your countertop and send back an edited image showing it restored, an assessment, and a quote.
  • To contact you about the quote, schedule work, and follow up after a job.
  • To send reminders about your stone's care calendar, if you ask for them.
  • To run and improve the website.

We use before-and-after photos of your countertop in our marketing only with your permission. We never show your face, your address, or anything that identifies your home.

Text messages

If you text us or opt in to texts, we'll message you about your quote, appointment, and care reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We don't sell or share your phone number for anyone else's marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, messaging, scheduling, and quoting tools, and only as needed to serve you, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job records, photos, and contact details as long as we need them to serve you, keep up your care calendar, and meet tax and legal requirements. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except what we're required to keep.

Your choices

  • Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
  • Ask what we have on file, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing restoremycounters@gmail.com.
  • Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
